The Verge has a review of the new TiVo Roamio OTA. The TiVo Roamio OTA is a $49 TiVo that’s marketed to Cord Cutters. It’s got 4 tuners, Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, YouTube, and more. The catch? It requires a $14.99 monthly service fee and there’s no pre-paid lifetime subscription option like on many other TiVo’s. Sadly once you combine the TiVo, Netflix, and Hulu subscription fees you’re getting into basic cable/satellite price ranges.

If you’re after a great OTA DVR experience with a low cost of entry, this might be the device for you. The Roamio OTA is currently a BestBuy exclusive so you’ll have to go visit the guys in blue if you want to get your hands on one.
